This event will use mobile tickets. Your tickets will become available in your Ticketmaster account the week before the event.
If you have purchased a Campervan pass, the physical campervan pass will be posted to the address on your Ticketmaster account a few weeks before the festival.
Souvenir tickets are physical, Ticketmaster will send these out after the event.
